My wife and I had no idea how much was involved in getting a pool installed, we just knew we wanted one! After attending a home show and speaking with several dealers, we had 4 pool companies come out to our house to give us their ideas and proposals. We were fortunate enough to have Judd Smith (Tahitian Pools) as our first visitor. He not only listened to our ideas and concerns, but he had suggestions of things to look for in the event we chose to go with another company. He was not so much interested in selling us a pool as he was in making sure we got what we wanted.

Each of the 3 remaining companies made their “pitch” to us, but each time we felt much more comfortable and confident with Judd. Some salesman disregarded our interests, some tried to sell us much more than we needed. It was an obvious choice to go with Tahitian. I must say, from start to finish, and for that matter still, we have been thrilled with our pool and the customer service we’ve received. I was lucky enough to be able to observe most steps during construction; everyone was well trained and professional.

The end result is not only a pool that we are delighted with, but also a ringing endorsement for Judd and Tahitian Pools. He took our ideas and blended them with his own, and based on his knowledge and understanding, TOGETHER we came up with the perfect pool. I chose to capitalize that word as it truly captures the Tahitian way! We felt we were an integral part of the choices and decisions that were made every step of the way. Tahitian Pools (Judd Smith), what a refreshing way to build a pool. I had never even looked into building a pool until June 2002, at which time I started my research. At the recommendation of a good friend, Judd was one of 6 builders I had come to my home and give me an estimate. From all of the estimates, his was by far the highest in quality and customer service. The price was fair and reasonable. I was away for 3 weeks in July, with Judd keeping in touch and going forward with plans. 27 days from excavation, barely a month after signing the contract, my son Colton and I were enjoying the coolness of our beautiful new swimming pool. Judd has always been there for my many questions, has come back over to show me all of the things I forgot, and does all this with a smile.
